As you will see as time goes on, Maysa and I are huge ice cream fans. I like it best when it is soft and hard at the same time. Italian Gelato is the best consistency of this.

I discovered this gem ice cream store at Chelsea Market a few months back. I hadn’t been too happy with most of the ice cream I had found in New York prior to this, so finding this spot has been amazing (and bad for my waist line)

It is called L’Arte del Gelato. About $6 for a large scoop (or two smaller scoops of different flavor  if you can’t decide)

My number 1 rule with ice cream and pizza is I always try the VANILLA and MARGHERITA/CHEESE first time. If they can’t get that right, then they most likely won’t be able to anything else right. But most of the time what happens, I fall in love with the Vanilla and keep ordering it 🙂

I can promise you, this is amazing ice cream. Top 3 of the world so far. And I have eaten hundreds of different ice creams throughout our traveling. I get two Subways just to go for a cone. There is always a slight line but it moves quickly. They take card too!
